Ewards are ECC site currency and as the program expands members will have the opportunity to spend Ewards on entry fees to VIP Prize Draws and up market games having top prizes.

The question you are all thinking of asking...Ewards do have a CASH value!

To have a cash value the Ewards Vault has to be filled and topped up. This is done by depositing 75% of the total commissions ECC receives from members purchases from our Mall Merchants. The more our members use the Mall the greater the amount in the Vault to be distributed.

In order to build the initial Vault the first announcement of the Cash Value of Ewards will be made on January 15th. 2003

It is hoped that every ECC member will recognise the benefits of the Ewards program and support it to their utmost.

How do I know how many Ewards I have ??

Daily Top Member points are updated every quarter hour automatically.
To give members privacy your Bonus Ewards totals are kept by the Webmaster. To obtain your Bonus Ewards balance you can either PM or email Webby. Add your Top Members points to Bonus Ewards to arrive at your total.

How do I claim Ewards for purchases made from the Mall Merchants?

When you make your purchase the Merchant issues you with an online receipt. Copy your receipt and attach it to an email addressed to claims@ecashclan.com

Include your ECC Pen name for tracking purposes

As soon as your claim matches that supplied by the Merchant and has been cleared the Ewards will be credited and you will be informed by email.


How do I exchange Ewards for cash??

Any time after January 15th 2003 members may exchange their Ewards for a $AU cheque.

You may request a cheque once your Ewards total reaches $15 value and our Merchant advises that your orders have been processed successfully. Cheques are only processed in $15 increments.

To qualify for receiving a cheque you must have purchased from the ECC Mall at least on one occasion.

To request a cheque send an email to exchange@ecashclan.com and include your full name and mailing address. Rest assured this information is kept strictly confidential and will be destroyed once the cheque is mailed.

A bank fee of $1.00 applies on all transactions.
